Fear the most

Most of the country is drowning in financial fears right now, and for good reason. We are a tough people and we will be able to recover but at what cost? We already know that there will be a terrible deficit in the government, but that pales in comparison to the very real financial fears we feel every day. With everyone living so on the edge of fear, it is amazing that so many have been able to pull it together so well. Like I said, we are tough people. The only thing you can do about drowning in financial fears is the very best you can. If you can take care of just one thing today, you can focus on today. If you can find a way to stick through it one day at a time, the fears might linger but you end up in a better place over time. In fact, each day is the only way you can take things right now. Today you can make a little money. Maybe tomorrow you can make a little more. As you keep moving forward, paying one bill and then another, you eventually find that the moment by moment aspect keeps most of your financial fears at bay. When you allow your fears to consume you it is hard to focus on what you can do today to keep your home happy and healthy. Each day is a new opportunity and each day we make it is one day we are to being closer to the end of these rather dramatic financial times.
