Fear of influence

There are such fears that never bring harm to people and indeed they change nothing in folks’ lives. Though, there are such fears that influence lives of people greatly and they actually condition these lives. Those are in most cases fears related to people and fears about this world and future and so on. See, some people are afraid of loneliness and so they are ready to accept anyone in their lives in order to escape the loneliness. And it often happens that these people let wrong folks in their lives and they suffer much later. And some of them leave at least but some of them stay because they are frightened to death with a prospect of loneliness. And there is fear for trust. They are people that never trust others and they never let other people into their hearts. Some people say it takes a great strength to love like that, though they never know about the fact that there is no such strength that would help people feel okay with the fact they have no one to trust in this life. So, those are fears that ruin live of people and they should get rid of those.

Grasped with fear

A person grasped with fear is a person locked inside of his or her own self and it is a person who will never feel free in this life. We all have fears and it is common. There is no such a person in the world that is afraid of nothing. It is common for people to have fears for something, but it is extremely wrong for people to let those fears take over their lives. There is no way to be happy for people who avoid things they like because of fears. There is no way for such people to feel free because they always have to think about the way they avoid the situation or thing or a person they are afraid of. That is what usually happens with those grasped fears. So, to fell free it is necessary for a person to get rid of the fear and the best and likely the only way to get rid of fear is to face it. Those who were courage enough to do that can confirm the fact that devil is not as black as it is painted. And life without fear is twice better than you imagine.

Fear the most

Most of the country is drowning in financial fears right now, and for good reason. We are a tough people and we will be able to recover but at what cost? We already know that there will be a terrible deficit in the government, but that pales in comparison to the very real financial fears we feel every day. With everyone living so on the edge of fear, it is amazing that so many have been able to pull it together so well. Like I said, we are tough people. The only thing you can do about drowning in financial fears is the very best you can. If you can take care of just one thing today, you can focus on today. If you can find a way to stick through it one day at a time, the fears might linger but you end up in a better place over time. In fact, each day is the only way you can take things right now. Today you can make a little money. Maybe tomorrow you can make a little more. As you keep moving forward, paying one bill and then another, you eventually find that the moment by moment aspect keeps most of your financial fears at bay. When you allow your fears to consume you it is hard to focus on what you can do today to keep your home happy and healthy. Each day is a new opportunity and each day we make it is one day we are to being closer to the end of these rather dramatic financial times.

Natural Fears

It is quite natural for a person to be afraid of anybody or anything. Usually we are afraid of things that we cannot understand. We are afraid of darkness, thunderstorm, teachers and parents, changes in our life, death, poverty, diseases, doctors, dogs, snakes, spiders, height and so on. Little children do not know what they must be afraid of. They feel that grown-ups are afraid of some phenomena or events and just copy their behaviour.
A three-year-old boy entered a dark room to take his toy as he new where it was. His aunt asked him: “Aren’t you scared of darkness?” A surprised question of a grown-up triggered some thinking activity about possible dangers. The next day the boy refused to go into the dark room alone.  It took his mother two days to explain to him that his room could never scare him no matter if it were dark or alight.
Our fears can be sometimes easily explained, but some of them have very deep roots. Sometimes people are afraid of non-stability in their life. It is very hard for such a person to move to another city as the main thought about absence of work for the first week or so can destroy the usual lifestyle.
Fear of disease can make the person waste time of doctors and nurses and spend a lot of money for vitamins, analyses, examinations and other prophylactic measures. We always try to overcome our fears and change the situation for the better.
Are you afraid of a thunderstorm?

Fear of the future

People have many fears and their number is increasing day by day. Our life becomes more and more anxious and uneasy. We come across many problems at work, at home, everywhere. We often ask ourselves a question about our future. We are inclined to aggravate our future. We often think that if today our life is very far form being ideal, tomorrow things will be worse. This is a pure panic. Panic is a side effect of the self-preservation instinct. Alert is a natural reaction to an emergency situation and it can really save us when we face danger or threat to our lives. However, we often resort to panic in situations, where it is irrelevant and useless. This is true when we think about our future. People often exaggerate and tend to believe apocalyptical prognoses. I can’t understand why they do so, our life is so difficult without these casts, but people like this sort of masochism for some reason. I think that we shouldn’t fear our future. This is absolutely useless. We must live for the day and enjoy each moment. We don’t know what is waiting for us ahead and nobody knows, that is why don’t listen to these terrible casts and prophesies. In any case, you can’t influence the situation, especially by your fears. Concentrate on your current problems and solve them step by step, and don’t load your head with this stupid staff. By the way, I think that this fear is caused by idleness. If you have a tedious time, you will have many fears. Don’t fear your future, fear your idleness.

Fear of the dark

People have a lot of fears. They are afraid of many things: other people, loneliness darkness, etc. people acquire their fears in childhood and can’t get rid of them all their lives. Fears haunt us everywhere. Even the bravest people have their fears. I think that these people have even more fears than all other people, but they hide them skillfully. One of the most widespread types of fear is fear of the dark. People begin to fear darkness in childhood and preserve this fear when they become grown-ups. Fear of the dark is closely connected with the fear of uncertainty. When we appear in a dark room, we experience horror, fright, panic, etc. Even if we understand that there is nothing to fear, we can’t cope with it and then comes understanding that nothing has changed since our childhood. We still have a lot phobias and fears. To cope with fear is the most difficult task? Because this is one of the most ancient feelings and it is hidden deep within our subconsciousness. However, practice shows, that it is quite possible, as it is impossible to experience constant fear all the time. If you want o cope with your fears, you must try hard. You must go to those places, which you are afraid of. You must remain in the dark purposefully. Thus you will be able to fight your fears and become brave.

Fear

Fear is familiar to all people in the earth. It is an extreme emotion which makes us able to accomplish feats. Fear has big eyes – a famous proverb says. Though fear is always associated with negative experience, it can also be called a driving force of progress. Fear is very useful. It is closely connected with the instinct of self-preservation. This is one of the most vital instincts, which protects us from premature death. Fear is not feeling which should be eradicated. If you have no fear, it means that either you are fearful yourself or you are a fool. Yes, complete absence of fear is a sign of stupidity and short-sightedness. However, there are cases when fear is unnecessary and superfluous. This mostly refers to easily frightened and fearful people. These people are afraid of everything. They lose many times in their lives because their fear is always seen and it becomes clear that their fear is the key to manipulation. That is why these people suffer much in their lives. The matter is that if you fear someone, your fear makes your offender even crueler. You make him cruel yourself by your emotions. The more fear is in your eyes, the more cruel is your offender. Remember it and always try to hide your fear. Never demonstrate that you are afraid of your offender to him. Of course, it is difficult to have a resolute look if you lose heart. However, there is no choice in this situation. Fear fetters you and makes you extremely vulnerable and indecisive.
